Stipendiet, som delas ut för första gången i år,  är på 50 000 och tas emot av Maria i samband med Fortbildningsdagarna i Örebro. Maria får detta stipendium för sitt projekt "Molecular, morphological, functional and clinical studies of X-linked thrombocytopenia with thalassemia (XLTT) - comparisons with myelofibrosis".
