Team-Based learning course 2026 ISTH

On behalf of the ISTH Subcommittee for Media-Based Learning I would like to invite you to apply as a student or facilitator for the third iteration of the Team-Based Learning Course from April 20th to July 25th 2026, with the final meeting taking place during the 2026 ISTH Congress in Paris. As with the previous occasions, the course is based on three complex, but highly relevant clinical cases created by experts in the field, which unfold during three modules on consecutive weeks.

For this year, the three cases are:
Liver coagulopathy: management of complications (dr. Maria Magnusson, Sweden)
Von Willebrand disease in women and pregnancy (dr. Maha Othman, Canada) and
Treatment with vitamin K antagonists and reversal (dr. Vittorio Pengo, Italy).

Application deadline is 25/1 2026.

The course is free for ISTH members.
